Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

If your order contains several items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the date you receive the last item.

Your request must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and include your order number.

We will then provide you with the instructions required to return your item.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item must be returned:

• unworn, except for reasonable handling necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functionality;

• unwashed;

• undamaged;

• with its tags attached, where applicable;

• in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

We recommend keeping proof of shipment for your return until your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective, does not correspond to the order, or the error is attributable to us.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it.

When the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, the refund includes the amount paid for the returned items as well as the standard delivery costs initially paid.

Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered will not be refunded.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

However, we may delay the refund until we have received the returned items or until you provide proof that the items have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless you expressly agree to another method of reimbursement.

Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are also subject to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, under the same conditions as other items.

Defective Items or Order Errors

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where necessary, photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Where the defect or error is attributable to us, the return shipping costs will be covered by us, and an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights will be offered.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size or color, you may exercise your right of withdrawal for the relevant item and then place a new order.

Order Cancellation

You may request the cancellation of your order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible at:

If your order has already been shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy.

Abusive Returns

We reserve the right to take appropriate action in cases of clearly fraudulent behavior or abuse of our return policy.

This provision does not limit any statutory rights available to consumers.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products or situations provided for by law, including products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products.

If an exception to the right of withdrawal applies to a product sold on our website, this will be clearly stated before the order is placed.

Statutory Legal Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits the statutory legal guarantees available to consumers, including:

• the statutory guarantee of conformity;

• the statutory guarantee against hidden defects.

These guarantees apply independently of the right of withdrawal.
